Compared to the establishments more taditional like the Ritz, the Hôtel de Crillon or the Plaza Athénée, the Park Hyatt Vendôme is the luxurious and modern hotel with the décor and the mind more contemporary.

The week-end of the 8th of December is the occasion to try the Brunch of the hotel restaurant Les Orchidées by Jean-François Roquette. Opened at time of breakfast and midday, the restaurant welcomes the customers under a large window in the atmosphere relaxed.
As in most hotels, the brunch (card) compose a buffet with the hors-d’oeuvres and the desserts, one main dish, and the choice of fresh fruit juices and the warm drinks as well as the choice of wines and champagne.  Among the elements, you can find the hors-d’œuvres : crevettes roses du Brésil, home-made middle smoked salmon, Focaccia of vegetables marinated or carpaccio of calf.  The main dishes, Filet de bœuf laqué qu sesame (beef au sesame), noix de Saint Jacques, creamy risotto with the peas, coat of battavia and jambon pata negra.
For desserts, the choice of pastry and fruits, St Honoré, different Macarons and delicious Orange-Pumpkin Pie.
