H&R recruitment specialized in top management positions, is looking for one of his client :

Head chef and sous chef

Salary : Chef : 58KE-62KE

                Sous chef : 52KE

Location : Worcester

The restaurant of semi-gastronomic type looks for head chef and a sous-chef to bring to an already very suitable English traditional cooking, a French touch with Mediterranean accents.

Very ambitious, the owners are ready to invest on a profile which will allow them to pick up the star.


Your missions will be distributed in 3 categories:

1/ As a chef, you will:

-          Imagine and propose varied menus with fresh and quality products, mixing French traditional cuisine with Mediterranean twits ;

-          Management of costs ;

-          Make sure of perfect conditions of hygiene and of safety within the kitchen and, more generally in its working environment. Perfect control of the standards HACCP ;

-          Set up and verify regularly the DLC ;

-           Insure a good rotation ;

-          Enforce the instructions of products preparations.

2/ As a manger you will:

-          Coordinate the work within the kitchen to supply an effective and high-quality service ;

-          Identify if needed the necessary staff and to request the agreement of the manager for the hiring of extras ;

-           Management of the staff: organization of the work and the schedules of the brigade.


3/ As responsible for equipements and the stocks, you will:

-          Maintenance of location and equipment of production;

-          Organize and manage the inventory;

-           Verify the deliveries.

You are organized, precise, creative and avid to put a lot into a unique place.

Autonomous and voluntary, you prefer cooking with fresh and organic products and make it a point of honor to satisfy customers who come have lunch or dinner in a smart and comfortable atmosphere.

Excellent manager, you will know how to manage a brigade to guaranty a constant and irreproachable quality of the served dishes.

Real administrator, you will manage perfectly the costs and your stocks.

You are fluent in English and will be able to manage an English-speaking brigade.

You already have a successful experience in the same position and can present serious references which will carefully be controlled.
